Working language of the workshop will be English.

Registration

Participation is limited to approximately 130 persons. Please confirm your participation in the symposium using the registration form.

Abstract submission

There will be two sessions for presentation of submitted abstracts, one on either day. If you would like to contribute with an oral presentation (15 min including 3 min discussion) please submit an abstract by October 15, 2010 (Email: DIfE_Symposium2010@dife.de, Fax: +49 33200 88 437). The length of the abstract is limited to max 300 words.

Submission of abstracts of presentations before October 15, 2010
Registration before November 10, 2010 (or earlier if the maximum number of participants is exceeded)

Fees

Costs of the symposium including catering (luncheons, coffee breaks) will be covered by the organisers and sponsors.

Accommodation

Travel and overnight accommodation must be paid for by the participants themselves. There is a reserved room quota for congress participants at the NH Voltaire Potsdam which can only be booked through the hotel reservation service by November 18, 2010 (please provide “DIfE-Symposium” as a code). A single room is 76.00 €, a double room 93.00 € per night including breakfast.
